Define
In this initial stage, we begin to understand your business, your customers - the entire supply chain. Deliverables may include a Competitive Analysis, Creative Brief, Consensus of Objectives and Brand Adaptation to your Web objective.
What you accomplish here sets the tone for the entire site, including the content, programming, design and marketing. Everything must work together to reflect your key business objectives.
Design
In the Design phase, we create an information architecture, blueprint the technical infrastructure and create preliminary designs that fulfill the needs of the brand. Typical deliverables include a Content Inventory, Initial Taxonomy/Site Map, Technical Specifications and Programming Architecture, Screen Layouts, Concepts (site look and feel) and Presentation Designs.
Develop
In the Development phase, we put the entire site together based on all of the approved content and design developed in the Define and Design phases. As we build the site, typical deliverables include: HTML-based templates, Site Specification and Documentation, Working Functional Model, Usability Report and Final Templates.
Deploy
This stage begins with testing and concludes with a planned marketing campaign. Deliverables include a Technology Report (based on beta testing to assure the technical integrity of the site.) Revisions (based on additional approvals), the Completed Site, Search Engine Registration with major search engines and an action plan for the online promotion of your new site throughout the web.
Do Business
The Do Business stage begins to measure the success of the online implementation. Focus is put on building site traffic, tracking site performance, optimizing technical performance, and keeping content fresh and updated.
